The Magnolia Bakery has cooked up a new location — at Woodbury Commons.

The beloved bakery will open next spring at the popular premium outlet mall in Orange County, NY, that gets upward of 16 million visitors each year.

Its 220 stores include the likes of Bottega Veneta, Polo Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Burberry, Coach and others, all at deep, Christmas-like discounts every day.

The Simon-owned outdoor mall also has a newly remodeled Market Hall with Pret a Manger, Shake Shack and Starbucks.

But Magnolia chief executive Steve Abrams said he picked a location away from the Market Hall so that folks can stop for a treat later in the day and store employees can also enjoy their coffee and bakery items.

Yogurt parfaits and ice cream are also part of their menu. “We have robust coffee offerings,” Abrams added.

Sources said asking rents at Woodbury are generally around $400 a square foot.

Comparable to better neighborhoods in New York City, Woodbury Commons is serviced by several bus lines and Metro-North. Both bring shoppers from all over the globe to its grounds while they visit the Big Apple.
