The long-awaited American Dream shopping mecca is no longer a figment of the imagination but a soon-to-really-open imaginative theme park nearing completion in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Scheduled to open on Oct. 25 — the day after Nordstrom hits West 57th Street and all the better for fashionistas to take in both — the now glass-enclosed 16 acres has been thoughtfully curated by Triple Five.

Its 15 experiences include an actually built 300-foot-tall observation wheel, indoor skiing, a Legoland Discovery Center, a Sea Life aquarium and a humongous DreamWorks water park. Swap high heels for kicks to stroll around its 3 million square feet, which will also squeeze in 450 shops and amenities with hotels to follow.

Fashionable entries include Hermès and Barneys as well as cheap chic outfits like Zara and H&M. If nothing else, you can have something to eat in a 38,000-square-foot food court with plenty of kosher offerings.
