Reality bites into burger realty, as celeb Mark Wahlberg and brothers are coming to Midtown.

Wahlburgers, the Wahlbergs’ fast-growing Massachusetts-based burger chain, is coming to 725 Eighth Ave. between West 45th and 46th streets near Times Square.

Founded by Mark, his actor brother Donnie and executive chef Paul, the restaurant, bar and store will take up all five levels of the property.

Last summer Wahlburgers opened its first New York City restaurant at 3015 Stillwell Ave. in Coney Island in a property owned by Thor Equities.

Joseph Sitt’s Thor also owns the 8,300 square-foot Theater District property where the 10-year deal was signed this week. Asking rents for ground floors in this Eighth Avenue area run $400 per square foot.

Through Sunday, 100 percent of the chain’s profits on its Soutien (French for support) Burger, which comes heaped with French onion jam, Boursin cheese and fresh watercress, will be donated to the French Red Cross.

The restaurant and family are also the subject of an Emmy-nominated reality show on A&E, and it’s likely that some of Donnie’s “Blue Blood” TV episodes will be filmed in the next location. Mark’s new flick, “Daddy’s Home,” opens on Christmas Day.
