Former NBA star Shaquille O’Neal recently debuted the “Largest Backpack in the World” in a tie-in with the urban fashion faction Sprayground, and now the pack-with-a-pop company is getting ready to open a pop-up shop in Times Square for one week.

The stylish brand — known for its colorful graphics incorporating images like lips, unicorns, kittens and cash on backpacks, cross-body bags and other lug-around fashion items — is taking over the former Champs store in the base of 5 Times Square on the southwest corner of 42nd Street and Seventh Avenue.

Knowing that the company would need a prime store for its week-long promotion, founder and creative director David Ben-David walked by every day, but then one day said, “This is the one.”

He explained, “We are always on the hunt for a pop-up location, and it was a sign from the good Lord.”

The 10,127-square-foot store was leased directly from RXR’s Alexandra Budd.

When it opens this Sunday, the space will thrill its fans with Instagram-ready art sculptures, oversized Sprayground characters, including the Dragon Bear and an all-gold astronaut.

For even more verve, it will feature the debut of the “luggator” — a 10-foot-tall transformer pack created from the company’s luggage collection.
