Food changes are afoot in Times Square.

First, the Upper West Side’s popular The Ribbon will be taking over the former Guy’s American Kitchen & Bar at West 44th Street.

Created by Eric and Bruce Bromberg as an American concept with French influences, the brothers’ Blue Ribbon Group also consults on the menu for the country music venue Opry City Stage, also in Times Square.

Along with Ribbon’s 16,500 square feet, which has 10,500 square feet on the ground and another 6,000 on the lower level, the space comes with tons of signage, including a blade sign that juts out from the building.

The commercial condominium is owned by Kushner Cos., which recently installed both the National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey and the miniature world of Gulliver’s Gate. The company had been seeking a restaurant with a great bar that could serve both tourists and the celebrities checking out the exhibits and Broadway shows.

A spokeswoman for Blue Ribbon Group said it is “considering” opening a restaurant there but no information was available. A Kushner rep declined to comment.

“They will do very well there,” says Bradley Mendelson of Colliers International, who was unaware of the transaction.

But Mendelson did represent Charles Moss at the Bow Tie Building at 1530 Broadway, which has signed McDonald’s for the southeast corner of West 45th Street.

The fast-food joint will have roughly 4,000 square feet on the ground and 3,000 on the second floor.

McDonald’s was repped by a Cushman & Wakefield team of Andrew Kahn and Christian Stanton. The building was repped by Mendelson along with David Green, Nicole Mendelson and Tommy Botsaris. The asking rent was $2,000 per square foot for the ground floor.

The building is also getting a Starbucks farther east on West 45th Street, while both the Gap and Old Navy have taken over other portions of the old Toys ‘R’ Us space.

McDonald’s will finally be moving from 1552-1560 Broadway, where Jeff Sutton and Jeff Gural created the huge swath of retail where Express relocated — winning deal of the year for Green.
