A tech company that offers a platform to monitor its clients’ computer code writing has leased a full floor pre-built at 155 W. 23rd St.

The company, Code Climate, will occupy the entire 6,933 square feet on the fifth floor.

Along with a fast move-in, the Chelsea-area building provided the flexibility to expand should Code Climate outgrow its new digs.

Michael Thomas and Timothy Pond of Colliers International represented the tenant, which has been located at 77 Second Ave.

Jamie Katcher, Douglas Regal and Sebastian Infante of Cushman & Wakefield represented the ownership venture of the Kaufman Organization and Goldman Sachs. The asking rent was in the high $60s per square foot.

About $10 million was spent to gut-renovate the 86,000- square-foot building and add numerous capital improvements that include a new lobby by Design Republic. The 12-story building was part of the semi-abandoned Ring Portfolio and was ground-leased from Extell in 2015.

Founded in 2011, Code Climate has been used in 90,000 projects and now analyzes 2 billion lines of code every day for clients that include LivingSocial, Intercom and Pivotal.
