It looks like 11 Times Square is becoming the go-to building for law firms.

While Proskauer Rose has already moved into its hefty 400,000 square feet at the base of the new tower, The Post has learned that another law firm, Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman, is moving in as well. The move ends speculation about what the next deal would be for the building.

The firm will move to its very own 17,144 square feet on part of the 15th floor of 11 Times Square, sources said. It is currently located in 10,383 square feet at 875 Third Ave., where it was subleasing from Hogan Lovells.

Ken Rapp, Christopher Mansfield and Russell Kempf of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the nine-year deal, which had an asking rent of $72 a foot.

Owner SJP Properties had the CBRE team of Stephen Siegel, Peter Turchin, Evan Haskell, Glenn Isaacson, John Termini, James Ackerson on its side and is building out the space to “pre-built” standards.

Sources said this is “the first of many other transactions in the pipeline” at 11 Times Square, which is an the intersection of Eighth Avenue and 41st Street. CBRE declined comment.
