Rockefeller Plaza is on a roll. Citrin Cooperman is the latest firm to plant its flag at 50 Rockefeller Plaza.

The accounting firm will expand and move to 110,742 square feet on a portion of the second floor along with the entire third and fourth floors. It is currently located in nearly 90,000 square feet at 529 Fifth Ave. on the corner of East 44th Street.

Citrin was represented by the CBRE team of Ken Rapp, Christopher Mansfield, Brad Auerbach and Ramneek Rikhy.

A law firm, Katten Muchin Rosenman, recently leased 125,000 square feet on the fifth through ninth floors, where it will move in 2022 from 575 Madison Ave.

Tishman Speyer represents itself in the leases and is now marketing floors 10 through 15. Space in the 15-story building is being given up in July 2020 by Bank of America, which is consolidating by Bryant Park.

Tenants in the building have access to its new amenity club, Zo.
