Martha Stewart’s meal-kit partner, Marley Spoon, is moving out of her quarters and into 519 Eighth Ave. on the southwest corner of West 36th Street.

Marley Spoon has been located at the Starrett-Lehigh Building at 601 W. 26th St. at 12th Avenue in a 6,000-square-foot portion of the food doyenne’s ninth-floor offices.

The meal kit business uses the kitchen queen’s recipes under the Martha & Marley Spoon moniker. It will now have 7,583 square feet, representing half of the 19th floor at 519 Eighth Ave., for its marketing and sales operation.

Sami Akleh and Christina Combias of Voro real estate represented the tenant in the transaction. Sam Stein of the Kaufman Organization represented the ownership in-house. The asking rent was $48 per square foot.

Founded in Germany in 2014 by Fabian Siegel and Till Neatby, Marley Spoon serves up meal kits and recipes focused on sustainable ingredients such as grass-fed beef, Berkshire pork and artisanal cheeses to subscribers in Australia, the US and Europe.
