“The View” will soon be from Hudson Square.

Disney has just signed a $650 million deal to build a new headquarters on Trinity Church land at 4 Hudson Square.

Under the 99-year lease, the high-tech, energy-efficient project will consolidate production and studio spaces from the Upper West Side’s WABC-TV headquarters and its Disney Streaming Services, which are now in the Google-owned Chelsea Market.

“Good Morning America” will remain in Times Square, the company said, while much of the current ABC headquarters complex on the Upper West Side is being sold to Silverstein Properties for $1 billion.

Disney — which said it will retain the “Armory” housing ESPN’s offices at 56 West 66th St. — will lease back the facilities from Silverstein for five years while its new headquarters is completed.

Back in April, The Post first reported Disney was on the hunt with the Trinity site in its crosshairs.

In a statement, Disney chair Robert Iger said, “In addition to being LEED-certified for environmental responsibility and efficiency, the new building will also incorporate the latest technology as well as the ability to adapt to the next generation of technological advances.”

The new site is bounded by Hudson, Varick, Vandam and Spring streets and can hold more than 1.2 million square feet.

Eastdil Secured represented Disney while Trinity was represented by CBRE.
