Genpact has signed a direct deal with the Durst Organization to remain in its current space at 1155 Sixth Ave., the western block between 44th and 45th streets.

In 2012, the public company subleased the fourth floor of 30,140 square feet from OK! Magazine.

Jim Wenk and Kirill D. Azovtsev of JLL represented the tenant in the new transaction.

Genpact is short for “generating business impact” and focuses on digitally powered business-process management and services.

The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo, Ashlea Aaron and Ashley Mays.

The asking rent was $85 per square foot.

In a move from Rockefeller Center, law firm Perkins Coie signed a lease for 57,971 square feet on the 20th through 22nd floors and a portion of the 23rd floor at 1155 Sixth with representation by a CBRE team.

The law firm hired Fusion GPS, the company that compiled the Russian dossier with alleged dirt about then-candidate Donald Trump.

Another new tenant, Deutsche Boerse, is moving from a downtown office to 12,095 square feet on part of the 19th floor through JLL.

The 42-story LEED Silver tower has just completed a $110 million renovation of its lobby, mechanicals and windows to attract new tenants to the 485,000 square feet at the top, most of which was vacated when White & Case moved to nearby 1221 Sixth Ave.

The building renovation includes a rooftop pavilion for a multistory tenant. Also new are destination elevators, an entrance on West 44th Street with seating and a landscaped plaza while the security desk features backlit seaglass.
