In another boost to the clicks-to-bricks model, eyeglass retailer Warby Parker has signed two more deals for Gotham shops: one on the Upper West Side and one near Rockefeller Center and both open on Saturday, Dec. 2. They offer an exclusive NYC sunglass frame design.

At Rock Center, Warby Parker is opening a 6,100-square-foot store — certainly a big spread for eyewear — at 1258 Sixth Ave.

The store is in the mini-townhouse with four levels on the southeast corner of West 50th Street opposite the Radio City Music Hall entrance.

The space had been occupied by Nine West before that retailer went kaput.

Now, a long wall will feature a kaleidoscopic mural derived from an original by Stuart Davis — with free postcards of the artwork given out.

The Tishman Speyer ownership declined to provide the asking rent.

At 185 Columbus Ave. between West 68th and 69th streets, the tiny by comparison 650-square-foot store has been modeled like a library. In an homage to its first location at Greene Street, it features a JooHee Yoon city illustration that will be given out as a postcard.

Steven Soutendijk and Molly Sandza of Cushman & Wakefield represented Unilever in the sublease of the space — formerly used by mustard maker Maille — to Warby Parker, which was repped by Matt Seigel at Thor High Street Advisors.

AIMCO owns the building.
