Leerink Partners is moving to 1301 Sixth Ave., where it has leased the entire 12th floor.

The investment bank has its current offices at 299 Park Ave., where it has the full 21st floor of around 26,000 square feet. Wishing to expand but remain on one floor, the company had to move elsewhere.

Leerink was represented by Erik Schmall of Savills Studley. The Paramount Group-owned 1.8-million square-foot building is repped by JLL’s Frank Doyle, David Kleiner, Clark Finney and Harlan Webster.
Asking rents in the tower run from the mid-$70s to the $90s.
