Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York has renewed its lease with restructured terms and expanded its space at 635 Madison Ave. between East 59th and 60th streets.
The practice previously had the entire ninth and 10th floors and has now expanded from part of the 11th floor to half that floor, bringing its total occupancy to 30,000 square feet.
A Savills Studley team of Jeffrey Peck, Daniel Horowitz and Christopher Foerch represented RMA in the transaction. The team has previously added locations for the globally recognized RMA in Soho, the Upper West Side and Brooklyn.
RMA also has locations in Westchester and Rockland counties, Long Island and Mexico.
Building owner Ashkenazy Acquisition, was represented in house by Chief Executive Ben Ashkenazy and Chief Operating Officer A.J. Levine.
In this Madison Avenue submarket of the Plaza District, where tenants have views of Central Park and the Plaza Hotel, building rents range from $80-to-$150 per-square foot.
