Finding a tony place to sleep and work for a few months while you hone your city chops is getting a lot easier.

Steven Forkosh will soon launch the newly developed Society 34 at 237 E. 34th St. in Murray Hill as a cosmopolitan-styled entrée to fast times in New York City.

The operation will set sail under Forkosh’s new Society Living flag.

Forkosh, son of developer Alex Forkosh, has curated the project to serve as a combination of a long-stay hotel, WeWork and LIVWRK. Society 34 is targeted toward millennials, small business owners and others who want a summer in the city or need a few months of breathing room before getting their own pads or complete renovations.

Based on answers to a proprietary questionnaire, Forkosh will personally select your room, decor and even roommates if desired.

“I can better place you with people you can relate to,” said Forkosh, who has experience with the many college dormitories the family owns. “You are going to walk in and say you love this [room] because we will know all about you. It is really important as an operator-owner to understand what users need on a daily basis.”

Prices will vary by amenities, closet space and the room‘s location within the 22-story building, which will also have an outdoor roof deck.

The 105 units range in size from private studios to three-bedrooms that can be shared. All are sleekly furnished and have kitchenettes and balconies.

Rather than simply providing a business center, Society 34 will offer full co-working space that is included in the monthly rent. “The entire first floor plus other areas will be decked out to create a work atmosphere,” Forkosh explained.

Society 34 will have ongoing events as well as rotating food “pop-ups” and different exercise leaders at the full gym. “The phone will be your key and guide to all the activities,” he added.

Rents start in the low $2,000s for a one-bedroom and desk. A three-bedroom with an office for six people will go for $6,000 — and rise from there depending on room, floor and view.

The minimum term is three to six months. The facility is expected to open in the first quarter of 2017.
