The Michael J. Fox Foundation is more than doubling its space in a move to 86,000 square feet at 111 W. 33rd St.

The Foundation, which funds education and research related to Parkinson’s disease, is currently located nearby at 498 Seventh Ave. in a 29,444-square-foot sublease that, according to CoStar data, ends in January 2019.

Another 498 Seventh tenant, GroupM, is moving nearly 90,000 square feet out of this George Comfort & Sons-owned property to the upcoming Three World Trade Center, where it will consolidate into 690,000 square feet in 2018.

The Fox Foundation’s new Empire State Realty Trust-owned building was until recently known by the address 112 W. 34th St. That side of the tower faces the shopping area where Foot Locker and Sephora have stores. The new West 33rd Street entrance, lobby and elevator makeover focused on the office tenants, including Macy’s, and rebranded the glass 26-story property, which has views to Hudson Yards.

The Foundation’s larger 10th and 11th floors will have 36,896 square feet each, while its occupancy will top off with the entire 10,533-square-foot 23rd floor. Due to setbacks, this floor also comes with a private 6,400-square-foot west-facing outdoor terrace.

Brian Siegel of The Lawrence Group represented the Foundation here, at its current sublease and at an earlier location at 90 Broad St. He declined comment.

Michael J. Fox, who starred in numerous films, including the “Back to the Future” trilogy and, more recently on CBS hit “The Good Wife,” was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 1991 but didn’t disclose it until 1998.

The Emmy winner started the charity in 2000 and ran it from Chelsea Piers before it settled into its own office.

The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Erik Harris, Neil Rubin and Scott Klau represented the Empire State Realty Trust ownership. It has asking rents in the $60s in the building.

The Qatar Investment Authority just paid $622 million for a 9.9 percent stake in ESRT, which is named after, and owns, the renowned skyscraper down the street.

The parties either could not be reached or declined comment.

Wipro Digital and its colleague company, Designit, are consolidating on the full, 18,800-square-foot floor at 77 Sands St. The building is one of five in Brooklyn’s Dumbo Heights with a total of 1.2 million square feet that are being entirely renovated for the so-called innovation-economy companies by Kushner Companies, LIVWRK and RFR.

With retail shops open and bustling, “there is now a strong, robust street life. You can feel the energy and see the people and it is really a rewarding experience,” said Asher Abehsera of LIVWRK.

The parent, Wipro Ltd., was represented in its 10-year deal by Yarden Drimmer and Matthew Fisher of Cushman & Wakefield.

Ownership, which is renovating the former Jehovah’s Witnesses complex, had an asking rent in the low-$60s per square foot. The team was represented by Sacha Zarba and Jeff Fischer at CBRE — along with Daniel Bodner at Kushner.
