Mayor de Blasio is expected to be on hand to join Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group for a performance by the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation on Wednesday morning at Hudson Yards.

The festivities will celebrate the unveiling of the design of the area’s Public Square and Gardens by landscape architect Thomas Woltz and its massive central sculpture by Thomas Heatherwick.

This week, the first residential condos on the site went on sale for 15 Hudson Yards.

While 285 units are priced from $1.85 million to around $30 million, another 106 units on the lower floors of the 88-story edifice will become affordable rentals.

The base of the glass tower will be integrated into The Shed but morph into four ellipses at its 910-foot peak.

In another Madison Avenue retail shuffle, Olive & Bette’s will relocate a few blocks uptown to 1156 Madison between East 85th and East 86th.

The women’s fashion boutique has been located at 1070 Madison at East 81st Street since 1992 and will remain open there until it is completely installed in its fresh space with fresh merchandise in early 2017.

Olive & Bette’s was represented by Christopher Owles of Sinvin Realty.

Steven E. Baker, president of Winick Realty Group represented the Brodsky Organization along with Winick colleague Charles Rapuano. The asking rent was $375 per square foot.
