Here are the long-awaited submissions for the Real Estate Board of New York’s 18th Annual Retail Deal of the Year Awards that will be handed out the evening of June 7 at the Club 101 at 101 Park Ave.

The 13 submissions include just one in Brooklyn and the rest in Manhattan. Three revolve around food, two are for auto dealerships, one for miniaturized entertainment, and the remainder are for fashion.

The foodies will enjoy TurnStyle in the Columbus Circle subway concourse by Robin Abrams, the Lansco Corp.; Dean & DeLuca at 40 Wall St. by Joanne Podell and Brandon L. Singer along with Ian Lerner and Jeffrey A. Lichtenberg of Cushman & Wakefield; and the DeKalb Market Hall at 445 Gold St. in Brooklyn by Laurence Roberts of Arch Brokerage.

Auto dealers include Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan at 787 11th Ave. by Neil Goldmacher and Brian Goldman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank; and Nissan at 787 11th Ave. by Michael Kadosh of CBRE.

Fashion retailers nominated include Bloomingdale’s lease at 2085 Broadway by George Graf and Dan Gronich of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank; 3 Columbus Circle retail by Jeff Winick, Kelly Gedinsky and Michael Gleicher of Winick Realty Group; and Nordstom’s campus at 3 Columbus Circle, 5 Columbus Circle, 1776 Broadway and 222 W. 57 St. by Bill Peters, Michael Shenot and Derek Trulson of JLL.

Anthropologie at 195 Broadway by Alan Schmerzler and C. Bradley Mendelson of Cushman & Wakefield; Victoria’s Secret Global Flagship at 640 Fifth Ave. by Richard B. Hodos of CBRE; Foot Locker’s flagship at 8 Times Square by Eric Gelber of CBRE; and the 580 Fifth Ave. retail that includes Sephora by Andrew Goldberg, Eric Gelber and Preston Cannon of CBRE round out the fashion folks.

The final retail deal up for an award is the unique mini-village of Gulliver’s Gate at 229 W. 43 St. by Lon Rubackin and Gary Trock of CBRE.
