The Beverly Hills-based firm, which reps A-listers like Angelina Jolie (left), snagged The Agency Group, now called UTA Music, housed at 142 W. 57 St., and news agency Bienstock, at 250 W. 57 St.

To consolidate at 888 Seventh, UTA is expanding to 43,087 square feet, from 15,000 square feet, by taking the entire 7th floor and part of the 8th in addition to its digs on the 9th floor. After a renovation, it will move from the 6th and 11th floors.

“There are opportunities I can really enhance by being in New York,” UTA CEO Jeremy Zimmer said. “We found space that is really great.”

Mitchell Konsker, Alexander Chudnoff and Benjamin Bass of JLL represented UTA. And owner Vornado Realty Trust was represented in-house by Jared Solomon.
