You could be heroes.

Clue Chase, at 1114 Sixth Ave., offers groups, ranging from two to 10 people, a one-hour mission to work together to find clues, solve puzzles and escape from doom.

The Lost Spy, for instance, involves deciphering a cryptic message from a missing American spy, warning of a catastrophic Soviet operation on US soil.

President David Chase, his wife Meaghan, along with sister Olivia and two brothers, Daniel and Andrew, are all involved in the business. They hunted for a year to find a space with broker Audrey Novoa of ABS Partners.

“They are utilizing space in a totally different way,” Novoa said of the long-term sublease of a former law-firm storage room. The asking rent for the 4,100 square feet of usable space was in the $40s per square foot.

Chase said, “We found places that were great, like an old bank vault, but they didn’t understand the concept and because it was so new, they passed on us.”
