The independent public relations firm MWWPR will move to a full floor of the 39-story Nomad Tower in the dynamic NoMad neighborhood.

Currently located at 304 Park Ave. So. at East 23rd Street, the firm outgrew its space but wanted to stay in the area.

Now it will have the entire 27,040-square-foot third floor at Nomad Tower, which boasts the address of 1250 Broadway on the eastern blockfront between East 31st and 32nd streets.

After buying the 39-story building in 2016, owner Global Holdings Management Group has completed a $50 million makeover. There’s now an entirely new lobby, a two-story amphitheater for almost 100 people and a tenant amenity lounge.

To complete the deal, MWWPRs JLL tenant rep team of Alexander Chudnoff, Benjamin Bass and Kristen Morgan was able to negotiate an early termination of its former lease.

Nomad Tower was represented by another JLL team of Paul Glickman, Mitchell Konsker, Diana Biasotti and Harley Dalton, along with Craig Panzirer of Global Holdings in-house.

Major new tenants include Zillow, with 130,000 square feet, TransPerfect, with 123,000 square feet, and Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, with 44,718 square feet.

While close to Herald Square and Penn Station, the building is also a few short blocks from the new Ritz and Virgin hotels, along with Madison Square Park.
