The law firm Davis & Gilbert is moving to a nearly 86,000-square-foot space at 1675 Broadway at West 52nd Street, where it will have the 31st through 34th floors and a portion of the top 35th floor.

The floors are being transformed by Gensler for a move in the summer of 2020 with a mix of private offices, meeting spaces, conference rooms and as many as 10 corner offices per floor.

Lewis Miller, Scott Gottlieb, Brian Gell. Michael Wellen and Chris Hogan of CBRE represented the tenant in the 15-year deal. The Rudin Management ownership was represented by Robert Steinman, in-house.

According to CoStar, the building’s asking rents range from $64 to $78 per square foot. The floors were previously occupied by Arent Fox, which moved to 1301 Sixth Ave.

The 850,000-square-foot building designed by Fox & Fowle was developed by the Rudins in 1989. Ad giant Publicis is the largest tenant, while newer additions include Bankrate and the law firms Ballard Spahr and Roberts and Holland.
