Shoe lovers can rejoice. The former Payless ShoeSource at 110 W. 34th St. was just snapped up by Famous Footware.

Located opposite Macy’s between Sixth and Seventh avenues, the 10,200-square-foot space has 4,000 square feet on the ground, 4,200 square feet on the second level and 2,000 on the lower level.

Sources say Michael Kadosh and Lon Rubackin of CBRE represent Famous Footwear, a division of Caleres, which includes Sam Edelman and Naturalizer.

Isaac and Samuel Jemal of ISJ Management operate and lease the building. All declined to comment on the deal.

Payless liquidated all of its stores in late June, and while the deal was never officially offered to the market, sources said the space had an asking rent of $2 million per year.

Famous Footwear has been a block farther west in the base of One Penn Plaza aka Penn1, but Vornado is vacating all the retail to add amenities.
