Executive search firm the Solomon Page Group searched for new offices and found them in its current building at 260 Madison Ave. between East 38th and 39th streets.

The firm now has 15,575 square feet representing a portion of the seventh floor along with the full third floor of 35,500 square feet.

With the news that the American Kennel Club is moving to 101 Park Ave., it will leave the entire 37,000-square-foot fourth floor, which Solomon Page has now leased. The search firm will give up part of the third floor but remain in a total of 52,453 square feet of contiguous space.

Chris Mongeluzo, Moshe Sukenik and Eric Zemachson of Newmark Knight Frank repped Solomon Page in the 10-year deal.

CBRE’s Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Brett Shannon, Tim Freydberg and Jared London arranged the lease on behalf of the Sapir Organization ownership. The asking rent was in the mid-$60s per square foot.
