Magazine giant Meredith is dumping its excess office space. After the company merged with Time Inc. earlier this year and relocated to the latter’s offices at Brookfield Place, it put other offices on the market.

Now Kroll Bond Ratings Agency is subleasing Meredith’s 95,200 square feet on the 26th through 29th floors of Charles Cohen’s 805 Third Ave.

Kroll is in 37,000 square feet across two noncontiguous floors at 845 Third Ave. and has been bursting at the seams. David Carlos of Savills Studley will handle the subleasing of Kroll’s former digs, and represented them in the new sublease from Meredith.

Another 93,894-square-foot block is available on the 22nd through 25th floors through Frank Doyle and Randy Abend of JLL, who also represented the company on this sublease. The asking rent for the eight-year deal was $65 a square foot.
