T.J.Maxx is doing so well at 250 W. 57th St. that it has extended its lease to 2030 and is expanding.

The fashionista hot spot now includes the first and second floors, covering 27,400 square feet, and will gobble up the entire third floor of 19,000 square feet — for a total of 46,400 square feet.

The store is opposite the upcoming Nordstrom’s department and men’s stores.

Joanne Podell and Mary Clayton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Empire State Realty Trust ownership along with Fred C. Posniak and Shanae Ursini in-house. The asking rent was $120 per square foot.

T.J.Maxx was represented by Peter Ripka, Andrew Mandell and Richard Skulnik of Ripco Real Estate.
