The Oracle of Omaha wants to sell you some office space.

Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, which already has a successful real estate brokerage firm, HomeServices — including a branch in Manhattan — is now beefing up its commercial services.

Veteran broker Herb Hirsch has been hired to head up commercial leasing at the local Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties. That mouthful is part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties/Westchester Properties.

Hirsch has begun putting together a team that already includes Dina Fisher and Jeffrey Berman.

“When I told them I was joining Berkshire Hathaway, they jumped aboard,” said Hirsch, who launched the office under the radar in March and is now looking to hire more brokers.

“The name speaks for itself, and there is a lot of interest and people looking to buy commercial property in New York,” said Hirsch, who gets sales leads from “knocking on doors” and through his previous relationships.

Hirsch is now peddling a 300,000-square-foot development site in the Water Street area downtown and has other deals in the works.
