ICM Partners signed a 15-year lease for a duplex of 35,283 square feet covering the entire 12th and 14th floors of Park Ave. Tower. Like many city buildings, this one with a formal address of 65 E. 55 St. does not have a designated 13th floor.

Until its new space is fully built out, the entertainment company is working out of pre-built spaces on the 15th and 16th floors.

ICM had been located in the Crown Building, which is not renewing leases as it converts to residential and hotel space.

Neil Goldmacher, Josh Friedman and Brian Goldman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented ICM in the search, temp and final deals.

Brian Waterman, Jared Horowitz, Ben Shapiro, Brent Ozarowski and Lance Korman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the Equity Office ownership, which was repped in-house by Zachary Freeman and Scott Silverstein. Asking rents in the building average $110 per square foot.
