Newmark Knight Frank brokers took two out of the three top honors at last night’s awards ceremony for the Real Estate Board of New York’s deals of the year, with CB Richard Ellis sales brokers claiming the third.

The winners of REBNY’s Most Ingenious Deals of the Year awards beat a field of 10 other nominated transactions.

David L. Noonan and Jennifer Schwartzman of NKF won first placefor the sale of a union-owned building at 31 W. 15th St. that included adjacent air rights.

The second-place NKF team of Robert Eisenberg, Barry Gosin and Mark Weiss represented Local SEIU-32BJ in leasing 247,433 square feet at 620 Ave. of the Americas and obtaining a purchase option.

Third place went to Darcy Stacom and William Shanahan of CB Richard Ellis, who spent five years arranging the sale of leasehold development rights at 250 E. 57th St. and created a public/private partnership for the development of three new public schools totaling 320,000 square feet, along with 115,000 square feet of retail and 485,000 square feet for apartments.
