Jones Lang LaSalle has just snared a gaggle of Cushman & Wakefield’s top commercial brokers, including Vice Chairmen Paul Glickman, Mitchell Konsker and Mitti Liebersohn. The trio, along with Matthew Astrachan and Alexander Chudnoff, joined JLL as of today.
All will have the title of vice chairman.
A C&W spokesman said: “This follows several months of discussions with the group about the direction of the firm, which we were unable to reach agreement on. Fortunately, through the company’s relationship with many of New York’s largest property owners, we expect to maintain the highest level of service to our existing clients and to aggressively pursue new landlord agency business.”
Last year, the private C&W lost its crackerjack investment sales team to the publicly traded JLL.
