The feds busted a high-profile bean-counter yesterday and charged him with embezzling $11.4 million from swanky Hollywood hotels owned by New York real-estate tycoon Andre Balazs.

FBI agents arrested Kelly Timothy Ebert, 39, at his home in Westlake Village, Calif., and prosecutors charged him with two counts of wire fraud.

If convicted, Ebert could spend six to 10 years in jail.

Ebert was controller of the famed Chateau Marmont and Hollywood Standard hotels on Sunset Strip, where he allegedly siphoned money between 1997 and 2002.

The accountant’s alleged rip-offs might never have been discovered, authorities said, had he not missed a mortgage payment on the Marmont in fall 2001.
