If you are stuffed with holiday treats and love to dance but hate to work out, 305 Fitness may help you fulfill your upcoming New Year’s resolution.

The company that boasts Drew Barrymore, Hailey Baldwin and Bette Midler as fans is opening a location in Union Square at 12 E. 14th St. just east of Fifth Avenue.

The space includes 5,700 square feet on the ground and lower level, and was previously a Spiderbands studio, where participants used bungee cords. With mirrors still in place, 305 will be making some cosmetic and branding upgrades.

Brad Siderow and Matt Leto of Siderow represented 305 Fitness, a health club with a night club twist.

“It’s a fast-growing fitness chain that is more like a dance party, complete with a DJ and club lights,” says Siderow of his client, which was founded by Miami native Sadie Kurzban — hence the 305 for its area code.

Jean King of NYC Homes represented the building ownership, which had an asking rent of a blended $84 per square foot across both floors.

New Nets No. 7 Kevin Durant and his business partner in Thirty Five Ventures, Rich Kleiman, are both investors in the brand, as is record producer Tiësto, who composed a 30-minute workout mix for the “305 At-Home” YouTube series.
