The warehouse where HBO filmed its series “The Deuce” is getting a makeover.

Sources say a group of investors paid $17.5 million on Tuesday for 780 E. 135th St. in the Port Morris area of the South Bronx.

The pricing on the 92,000-square-foot warehouse comes to $190 per foot — one of the highest prices paid over the last two years for a property in this more industrial area.

The buyers are Sharon Hakmon of H. Holding Group and Klosed Properties, consisting in part of members of the Namdar, Kachanian and Livi families. Sources said the group is planning an office conversion, similar to some of the edgy spaces being created in the nearby Mott Haven area.

The sellers are Adi Altmark’s Altmark Group along with Eli Tabak’s Princeton Holdings and Joe Tabak’s Bluestone Group. The former handbag factory was purchased in 2016 for $14.05 million, and as BTB told you in January, it was being marketed by Jason Meister, Marion Jones and Christopher Gillis of the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group. The buyers were advised by Nissin Holand. Parties either couldn’t be reached before deadline or declined comment.
