The Clic Gallery is opening a third Manhattan location at 140 West Broadway, with 4,000 square feet covering the ground and lower level of the small building.
Eric Le Goff and James Downey of Cushman & Wakefield represented Clic Gallery in the 10-year lease.
C&W’s Heather Sockol and Alan Napack represented the ownership, which had an asking rent of $130 per square foot.
The space was an American Apparel store.
In a downtown deal, Huntsworth Health has subleased nearly 40,000 square feet at 300 Vesey St. by Brookfield Place. The transaction consists of the entire tenth floor of 39,372 square feet. The sublease from Virtu Financial had an asking rent of $60 per square foot.
The tenant will be moving from Midtown South’s 101 Sixth Ave. Greg Wang and Eric Cagner of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. Frank Doyle, Cynthia Wasserberger and Andrew Coe of JLL along with Michael Lenchner of Sage Realty represented Virtu in the sublease.
