The e-commerce marketing platform Yotpo will move and expand to 27,269 square feet at 400 Lafayette St. on the northwest corner of East 4th Street.

The fourth-floor sublease from SeatGeek includes the installation, which has glass-fronted offices and rooms. The multilevel spaces have open seating, multiple breakout rooms, conference rooms and phone booths — plus the kind of bleacher-like town hall seating area that millennial companies adore.

It will also allow Yotpo to host tech conferences such as its inaugural Destination: D2C earlier in September.

Yotpo is currently located in 23,332 square feet on the fifth and sixth floors at 33 W. 19th St. in the Flatiron District. Along with the need to expand, it is moving to the Noho-Soho area to be closer to its customers.

The Israel-based Yotpo’s creative e-commerce marketing tech is used by fast-growing consumer brands including Allbirds, Away and Rebecca Minkoff.

It started in 2015 with 4,500 square feet at 39 W. 14th St. This will be its third NYC office.

The company was represented by Christina Jones and Eva Shih of T3 Advisors.

Nick Farmakis, David Goldstein, Brad Wolk and Chris Thompson of Savills represented SeatGeek in its current sublease to Yotpo and its new offices at 902 Broadway.
