A global group of advertising and marketing agencies, Project Worldwide, is relocating to the Meatpacking District.

It will be more than doubling in size at the stunning 412 W. 15th St., where it will have 27,177 square feet on the sixth to eighth floors.

The holding company for the group of creative agencies from around the world is currently located at 11 E. 26th St. in NoMad.

The new industrial-feeling Meatpacking building was designed by CetraRuddy with plenty of glass. It had an asking rent of more than $100 per square foot.

Live Nation is among the tenants.

Matthew Fisher and Yarden Drimmer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Project Worldwide in the deal.

Neil King of CBRE represented the ownership of Rockpoint Group and Highgate.
