The Van’s General Store offices will move to the penthouse of 441 Broadway from the streets of Orchard.

Founded by actor Liev Schreiber and artist Scott Carlson in 2012, VGS is an agency “that combines Hollywood connections and street smarts” for brands that need connections to “contemporary popular culture” via experiences, digital content, films, design and events.

It is now under the Plan A umbrella of agencies.

Sources say the 3,350-square-foot space will be built out with hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling glass breakout rooms.

Dennis Someck, Justin Myers and Aidan Velle of Lee & Associates NYC represented VGS in the five-year deal.

Howard Hersch, Brett Harvey and Sam Seiler of JLL now represent the owners, United American Land.
