WeWork has leased another space — but this time it may use it for its own staffers.

The co-working behemoth has inked a deal for 212,387 square feet at 620 Sixth Ave. along Ladies’ Mile between West 18th and 19th streets.

Now known as the We Company, it is right around the corner at 115 W. 18th St. in around 50,000 square feet.

WeWork will move into former Spotify and Mediaocean offices.

The JLL Team of Alexander Chudnoff, James Wenk and Kenneth Siegel, with the support of Kirill Azovtsev and Dan Turkewitz, represented Spotify USA in the disposition to the RXR ownership in part of the third and the entire seventh floor totaling 124,550 square feet. Spotify moved to Four World Trade Center.

A Savills team of Allyson Bowen and Howard Nottingham represented Mediaocean in negotiations with RXR to give up its 88,387 square feet on the sixth floor. It is moving to 120 Broadway.

All three floors were then leased by WeWork in a direct deal with RXR. A We Company rep said they were still deciding how to use the space, and RXR declined comment.
