L’Occitane en Provence will be giving its office a new look when it moves to 111 W. 33rd St.

The skin care company has leased 20,962 square feet on the 20th floor in the 26-story tower.

Sephora sells its wares downstairs while a Target and Foot Locker also anchor the building, whose lobby also exits to West 34th Street.

For the last decade, L’Occitane has been in 18,000 square feet on the second floor of 1430 Broadway.

Mark Boisi, Gary Ceder and Laurence Carroll of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the 10-year-plus lease. Keith Cody represented the Empire State Realty Trust ownership in-house.

The asking rent was $71 per square foot.
