Tech and digital marketing company Red Ventures, led by CEO Ric Elias, is moving and consolidating its Bankrate and Points Guy brands to 100-104 Fifth Ave.

Its 22,802 square feet will consist of the entire interconnected 16th floor and part of the 17th floor, which includes a private roof-deck.

After renovations, the company will relocate from 1675 Broadway and 251 Park Ave. South in November.

The space search was undertaken by the Cushman & Wakefield team of John Cefaly, Nicholas Dysenchuk, Evan Algier, Thomas Ross and Brian Decillis. The deals included a short-term lease with SL Green at 750 Third Ave. and a sublease at 1675 Broadway.

Grant Greenspan and Michael Kaufman of the Kaufman Organization, which manages and leases the building, represented the Clarion Partners ownership.
