PhotoShelter, a website for professional photographers, is moving from Union Square to FiDi.
Later this spring, the company will relocate from 33 Union Square West to 111 Broadway, where it will have 23,306 square feet representing the entire 19th floor of the 21-story property.

CBRE’s Brad Gerla, Adam Foster, Michael Rizzo and Adam Leshowitz represented the owner, Capital Properties. The asking rent in the building averages in the high-$50s per square foot.
