A fashion firm has signed a lease for 60,000 square feet on the sixth and seventh floors of 500 Seventh Ave.

Golden Touch Imports, which specializes in women’s and children’s apparel, will consolidate its operations here from the nearby 1400 and 1410 Broadway.

Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren of Savitt Partners represented Golden Touch in the search and negotiations.

Bruce Mosler and Whitney Anderson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building ownership. No asking rent was available.

The 1922-vintage office building of 609,000 square feet on the northwest corner of West 37th Street was fully renovated in 2000.
