Even as HBO’S “The Deuce” wraps up filming in the South Bronx with Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Franco, the former handbag warehouse that’s been serving as its studio is up for grabs.

The 110,000-square-foot warehouse at 780 E. 135th St. is being marketed by the Ackman-Ziff team of Jason Meister, Marion Jones and Christopher Gillis.

The sellers are Adi Altmark’s Altmark Group along with Eli Tabak’s Princeton Holdings. It was purchased in 2016 for $14.1 million and should sell in the $25 million-plus range.

The brokers say the building can be converted into offices, hotels and most retail with houses of worship and charter schools also allowed as-of-right. Certain community facilities such as hospitals, however, would be allowed with a special permit.

HBO said in September that this season three would be the last for “The Deuce,” so the building will be sold vacant after the lease ends in August.

Meanwhile, Gyllenhaal and her husband, Peter Sarsgaard, just put their own Brooklyn townhouse on the market for about $4.6 million through Sotheby’s, The Wall Street Journal reported. The couple had been living in Greenwich Village prior to their Park Slope move.
