Big-block tenants should rejoice that all 450,000 square feet of 360 Park Ave. South will be available at the end of 2021.

That’s when the current master lease expires with Reed Elsevier, which has already moved on.

Owner Enterprise Asset Management has now appointed Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Zak Snider, David Kleinhandler, Ross Zimbalist and Trevor Larkin of CBRE to start pitching to prospective tenants.

Located on the southwest corner of East 26th Street, the 20-story building is across from Madison Square Park near all of NoMad’s shops and restaurants.

Enterprise Asset has also hired Jason Pizer, previously with Trinity Real Estate, to run the asset.

“It’s a great older building that has big floor loads, big slab heights and eight-foot windows,” says Turchin. “It also has two lobbies enabling a building-within-a-building scenario for a tenant that wants a big block and a private entrance.”

While many area rents are over $100 per square foot, Turchin declined to suggest a rent on the building’s 23,000-square-foot floors so far in advance.
