Medical insurance risk adviser the FOJP Service Corp., also known as the Hospital Insurance Company, has leased the entire eighth floor of 41,836 square feet at 111 W. 33rd St.

The lobby of the Empire State Realty Corp. property runs through the block to West 34th Street and hosts retailers Target and Sephora.

Mark Weiss, Robert Baraf, Gary Ceder and Jared Thal of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal.

Empire State Realty was represented in-house by Keith Cody along with the Newmark Knight Frank team of Scott Klau, Erik S. Harris and Neil L. Rubin. The asking rent was $66 per square foot.
