Rumble, a celebrity-backed boxing fitness studio, has leased a new two-story location in downtown Brooklyn.

Rumble will have 7,300 square feet for its fitness classes at the new luxury residential building, The Lane at Boerum Place, located at 415 Red Hook Lane.

Its 3,700 square feet on the ground-floor corner of Livingston Avenue has a wall of tall and wide glass. Rumble will also have an additional 3,600 square feet in the lower level.

While “Rocky” and “Creed” star Sylvester Stallone is an investor, Kendall Jenner, David Beckham and Selena Gomez are among the celebrities who aren’t pulling their punches while rocking out to Rumble’s workouts.

The company’s 45-minute, all-body conditioning classes are organized to club music and use giant, water-filled, teardrop-shaped punching bags for less body stress.

Rumble already has locations in the Flatiron, NoHo, Chelsea and Upper East Side neighborhoods.

Alexandra Yanoff and Brandon Berger of RKF, along with Benjamin Birnbaum of Newmark Knight Frank, co-brokered the deal on behalf of Rumble.

Jason Pennington and Ben Weiner of Ripco Real Estate represented the developers, Lonicera Partners and Quinlan Development Group.

The asking rents are roughly $100 to $175 per square foot for the ground floor.
