The unique supply store The Compleat Sculptor is moving to 110 W. 19th St. in Chelsea.
Its new, 13,500-square-foot lower level space has an entrance on the ground floor of the eight-story office building. Lowe’s and The Container Store are down the block at Sixth Avenue.
Jake Bank and Joseph Italiaander of ABS Partners Real Estate represented the tenant in the 10-year deal. Their ABS colleague Andy Udis represented the Wasserstein Enterprises ownership, which had an asking rent of $38 per square foot. The deal includes a flag and signage.
