A French fashion designer known for her bohemian aesthetic, Isabel Marant, will open her first Manhattan showroom in a space resembling a retail store in the Chelsea Arts Building at 210 Eleventh Ave.

The 4,070-square-foot showroom on the 25th Street side of the building has large windows and polished concrete floors. Its private entrance will make it easier for such celebs as Kate Moss, Sienna Miller and Kate Bosworth to dash in for a special item.

Audrey Novoa, Jakob Pedersen and Gregg Schenker of ABS Partners Real Estate represented the ownership. Paige Engeldrum of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the tenant.

In other designer deals at the Chelsea building, Gabriela Hearst renewed and expanded her space to 7,180 square feet for another three years; Jay Godfrey leased 3,740 square feet on the second floor; and Michael Stars signed a 3,600-square-foot lease on the seventh floor.

According to CoStar, asking rents range from $54 to $66 per foot.
