Signature Bank is taking 91,180 square feet at 1400 Broadway.
The lender signed a lease for the entire sixth, seventh and 27th floors, where it will move from both 29 W. 38th St. and 1177 Ave. of the Americas.
The $45 billion local institution, which focuses on the financial needs of privately owned businesses, their owners and senior managers, is headquartered at 565 Fifth Ave.
The tenant was represented by Michael Cohen, Andrew Roos and Howard Kaplowitz of Colliers International.
Keith Cody of Empire State Realty Trust represented the ownership in-house along with Neil Rubin of Newmark Knight Frank.
The 16-year deal had an asking rent of $64 per square foot for the 35,893 square-foot lower floors and $67 per square foot for the 19,394 square-foot 27th floor.
The Times Square South building sits between West 38th and 39th streets on the Broadway promenade.
