Adobe is expanding its offices by 16,244 square feet at 100-104 Fifth Ave. with a lease for the full eighth floor. The company also occupies the entire fourth and fifth floors and will now have a total of 46,000 square feet.

Brian Given of Colliers International represented the San Jose, Calif.-based tenant known for its software.

Grant Greenspan and Michael Kaufman of the Kaufman Organization represented the Clarion Partners ownership. The asking rent for the seven-year deal, which co-terminates with its other floors, was in the high $80s per square foot.

A 23,000-square-foot duplex with an outdoor terrace will soon be available on the 16th and 17th floors.
